Warning lights for police and fire brigade in 1:24

My first own product after Revell: a warning-light set for emergency vehicles in 1:24 scale, made by Heljan in Denmark.

After I left Revell in mid-1995, I went freelance and kept working for the model manufacturer in Bünde. I had enough orders, so I could carry on with exactly what I had been allowed to do in the company for years: developing first-class, one-of-a-kind models. Here on my website, under Revell, you can see everything I did. But I also had to look ahead. What would I do if the orders from Revell ever dried up? So I needed something of my own, and that began with the logo on the left.

I had always regretted that there were no up-to-date warning lights for 1:24 scale car models that could be used for police and fire-service vehicles. So I had Hella send me drawings and documents for their RTK 4 SL, and Wandel & Goltermann send me data on their Top 2. Heljan in Denmark then produced the corresponding sprues for me.

The pack contains two grey sprues, a clear part, a decal sheet and building instructions.

I still have a small number of the signal-light sets. If you are interested in such a set, please send me an email.
